Born in Gomel, Republic of Belarus.

In 2010, graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University with a degree in Legal Support of Foreign Economic Activity, qualification: Lawyer. In 2011, completed a Master's degree at the same university.

In 2014, completed postgraduate studies at the Belarusian State Economic University. The dissertation topic was: "Constitutional and Legal Foundations of the Right of State Ownership in the Republic of Belarus."

She began her professional career as a legal counsel at a construction company and later was appointed Head of the Legal and Human Resources Department.

She worked at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus as a Chief Economist and later as a Consultant in the Department of State Policy for Attracting Foreign Investment within the Main Investment Department. She was awarded the 5th class of civil service rank.

On February 28, 2023, she successfully passed the examination granting the right to provide legal services at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus. Certificate No. 86.

She is fluent in English and Chinese.

Born in Dzerzhinsk, Minsk Region, Republic of Belarus.

In 2001, graduated from the Belarusian Institute of Law, Faculty of Legal Support of Foreign Economic Activity, with a qualification of Lawyer.

From August 26, 2002, to September 19, 2002, completed training under the program "Customs Clearance Specialist" and, after successfully passing the examinations, obtained a qualification certificate as a customs clearance specialist.

In June 2023, successfully passed the certification examination and obtained a Certificate of Attestation of a Person Authorized to Provide Legal Services. Certificate No. 275 dated June 20, 2023.

Professional areas of expertise include legal support of foreign economic activity, customs regulation, and legal services.

Head of the Certification and Standardization Department of LLC "Rise Capital Group"

Born in Izmail, Ukraine.

Graduated from Gymnasium No. 4 in Minsk with a gold medal.

Graduated from the Faculty of Telecommunications of the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics with a degree in "Metrology, Standardization and Certification", qualification: Engineer in Metrology, Standardization and Certification.

She worked in the field of metrological support for testing laboratories of healthcare organizations, organized the activities of verification laboratories within the system of the Ministry of Forestry and housing and communal services organizations.

Professional interests include travel, reading, and postcrossing.

Areas of professional expertise: management system certification, laboratory accreditation, and certification of services in the construction industry.

Born in Minsk, Republic of Belarus.

Graduated from secondary school with a silver medal.

In 2001, graduated from the Command and Engineering Institute of the Ministry for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in "Fire Equipment and Safety", qualification: Fire Safety Engineer.

In 2017, completed a Master's degree at the University of Civil Protection of the Ministry for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in "Emergency Management".
