The team of experts from Rise Capital Group LLC recently conducted a productive working visit to Belarusian Cement Plant OJSC as part of the first phase of a project to implement a Lean Management System in accordance with the requirements of the new national standard STB 2672-2025.

The objective of this initial phase was to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the company's existing management system, identify opportunities for process improvement, and establish the foundation for the successful implementation of Lean Management principles.

Activities Completed During the Initial Phase

During the visit, our specialists conducted a comprehensive audit of the enterprise, including:

• reviewing the company's organizational structure;

• analyzing internal technical and regulatory documentation;

• evaluating existing production processes and technological procedures;

• assessing the Quality Management System documentation;

• selecting a production area for the pilot Lean Management implementation project;

• holding a working meeting with the company's management and key specialists to present initial recommendations and identify the Lean Management tools and methodologies to be introduced during the implementation process.

Next Stage of the Project

Based on the findings of the assessment, the experts of Rise Capital Group LLC will prepare two key project documents that will serve as the foundation for the implementation process.

Analytical Report – a comprehensive assessment of the company's current operations, including an analysis of existing processes, identification of improvement opportunities, and practical recommendations for increasing operational efficiency.

Implementation Roadmap – a step-by-step strategic plan outlining the implementation of the requirements of STB 2672-2025, the deployment of Lean Management tools, project milestones, responsibilities, and implementation timelines.
